Michael moved to Manhattan after graduating from VCUarts and started his career in visual merchandising/store planning, working for Macy’s-Bamberger, Lord & Taylor and Bonwit Teller. In 1983 he joined the Interior Design firm Jay Spectre, Inc. and in 1987 opened Michael Rosenberg & Associates, Inc where he is president and interior designer. He is a well-published designer and is frequently featured in Elle magazine and Architectural Digest.
